Head coach and owner, Radafy Ranaivo of 374MMA, teaches or oversees all classes personally. He also offers one-on-one personal training to help with basic fitness or to equip you with many practical life skills.

A former member of the French Foreign Legion, Rad has trained professional MMA fighters, amateur muay thai fighters, national competitors in Taekwondo, and BJJ competitors for over a decade.

He has designed programs to enhance recreational sport conditioning, for serious competition, for weight loss, and for self-defence.
