Classes for 4-6 year olds, kids, family and adults teaching karate basics (kihon), sparring (kumite), traditional patterns (kata) and self-defence (oyo).

Charleswood Karate is over 25 years old and is lead by father and son both 6th level black belts training for over 30 years.
The club has activities beyond karate with special events for kids, family and adults.

Class schedule has noon hour training and evening and Saturday classes. Private classes can be arranged and special event instruction like corporate events, self-defence classes or team building events can be arranged.
