We at JC's TKD & Kickboxing offer programs for everyone ages 4 yrs & up
, little Dragons, TaeKwon-Do and Kickboxing. We just started a Golden Dragons (age 50+), we are implementing a Special Needs Program this month.
We have been operating here in Amherst since Nov. 2002 with only 2 students and are running on the average of 50 active students at the moment.

A little about me, I began training 32 years ago an out of shape 30 year old with 1 lung, today, I worked away at my training at my own pace and slowly over time my cardio was getting better, my mind and body became more relaxed as the training continued, in Feb. of 1998 I entered in my first ever competition and finished in the final against a 19 yr old losing to him in the third overtime round, this was the first of many tournaments to come. that year I competed in 6 different tournament medalling in all of them including winning the Maritime Open Martial Arts Tournament in Sparring. I still compete at National and International levels, I have competed in 3 World Cup championships, I have earned 2 Bronze medals in 2004, Gold and Silver in 2008, and Gold and Silver in 2012, as well as numerous Provincial, Regional & National titles.
My students hold way more titles than I do. Their hard work pays off when they compete.
